Crystal was introduced to the entertainment industry at a very early age and always desired to follow in her grandmother's steps as a roll model. At age 7, she began modeling, print and fashion shows. This led to appearances in several local talent shows and school plays. At age 11, she placed first in modeling, horsemanship, and interview presence and repeated to regain this title for the next 3 years. Crystal decided to put her acting career on hold and enjoy her adolescent years.
In 2001 Crystal dropped out of Nueces Canyon High school after 2 years and immediately passed the ACT test. That spring she enrolled in South West Texas Junior College at 17 years. Crystal decided to Major in Advertising and Film. During her second year of college Crystal got engaged and shortly transferred to Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas where she switched her major to Film and Television. However, her collegiate plans were shortly dashed when she accepted a roll in a major motion picture: Pool Hall Master, (2007) along side Cory Duel and Gabe Owen, world famous pool players. Although the film wasn't a huge box-office success, it did help to establish Crystal as a rising starlet in Austin and open the door for bigger and better film roles. She booked many commercials in Austin as well as featured parts in, Idiocracy, Stoned Age, The King, and Grindhouse just to name a few.
In 2008, she landed her first major acting role in GUYS the Movie (2008). Her role as a 17-year old naive younger sister. Immediately after she booked this part, she moved to Hollywood and started training at different professional acting schools with NYU professors. She continues to study her craft in Hollywood today.
